By using this site you accept what is below. It is short because there is not much to it: we are a directory, we sell nothing, and we host nothing.

What this site is

Ticklewell is an editorial directory of tickling creators. Every entry links out to a page on a platform we do not own or control.

We host no content. No video, no galleries, nothing behind a paywall. The photographs on this site were published by the creators themselves on pages they control. Where we could not find one she published, the profile shows her initials instead.

We sell nothing. There is no account, no checkout and no subscription here. Every transaction happens on the creator's own platform under that platform's terms.

Adults only

This site is intended for people over 18, or over the age of majority where they live. Full detail is on the 18+ policy page.

Outbound links

Once you follow a link from here you are on somebody else's site, under their terms and their privacy policy. We have no control over what they do, what they charge, what they deliver, or how they handle your data.

We cannot help with a transaction. If a subscription renews when you did not expect it, if a custom order goes wrong, or if a creator stops posting, that is between you and the platform. We have no access to any of it.

Affiliate commission

Some links to creator pages pay us a commission if you subscribe or buy. This is disclosed in the footer of every page and again next to the button on every profile.

It never affects who is listed, in what order, or which platform we name as a creator's main one. Several creators here are on platforms that pay us nothing at all and are ranked exactly where the editorial judgement puts them. There is no paid placement and no mechanism to buy one.

Accuracy

We check every entry by hand and put the date on the page. Platforms change, creators move, and links die. If something here is out of date, tell us through the contact page and we will fix it.

We make no guarantee about any creator's current status, pricing or availability. What we state is what we could confirm on the date shown, and we say how confident we were.

Content on this site

The editorial text, structure and design are ours. You may quote and link to them with attribution.

Photographs belong to the creators. We display them under the same terms they published them, and we remove any on request within 48 hours, no questions asked.

Removals

Any creator listed here can have her entry changed or removed within 48 hours by writing to us. No explanation required. See contact.

Limits of liability

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for anything that happens on a platform we link to, or for any transaction you enter into with a creator.

Changes

If these terms change we update the date at the top rather than editing quietly.
